• Your Account Information. You provide your Name , Age and basic information (including a profile Picture) to create a  Seen Application account. You provide us, all in accordance with applicable laws,  You may provide us an email address. You may also add other information to your account, such as a profile picture and about information.

Once your messages (including your chats, photos, videos, voice messages) are delivered, they are Kept in our servers  as long as the application and our Services is available and operating its  by the purpose they have been collected for. And Your messages are stored on your own device as well unless you delete them, we do not record your voice calls or video calls we only keep calls metadata

• Customer Support. You may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages, and how to contact you so we can provide you customer support. For example, you may send us an email with information relating to our app performance or other issues.

Automatically Collected Information

• Usage And Log Information. We collect information about your activity on our Services, like service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (including how you use our Services, your Services settings, how you interact with others using our Services, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities and interactions), Usage Data, unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example), device information, geography/region, number of Users , number of sessions, session duration, Application opens, Application updates, first launches, operating systems, Camera permission, Microphone permission, Microphone permission, without recording and social media accounts ., log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports. This also includes information about when you registered to use our Services, the features you use like our messaging, calling, Status, profile photo, about information, whether you are online, and when you last updated your about information.

Seen is a Saudi application, your information will be collected and processed in the MENA area. However, in order to serve legitimate interests, a transfer to other countries may be necessary. You are free to decide whether to use our services or not. However, if you use our services, you must read our Terms which determine the terms of the contract between us and you. To that extent, where your data is transferred outside the MENA area, Seen relies on the fact, that such a transfer is necessary in order to provide you with our services in accordance with the contract.

Content

By default, all sharing through the Services is public, except messages you receive or send (“Seens”). In some cases, especially when the receiver decides to, Seens could get public as well. That’s why you always should consider them as public too. If not stated otherwise, you should assume that anything you publish is publicly accessible. Content published and shared publicly is accessible to everyone, including search engines, which may affect the control you have regarding that content. In addition, information shared publicly may be copied and shared throughout the Internet, including through actions or features native to the Services. You should not be afraid of publishing content but you should always have in mind that it’s hard to remove content from the internet once it is published.

Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google LLC.

In order to understand Google’s use of Data, consult Google’s partner policy.Firebase Analytics may share Data with other tools provided by Firebase, such as Crash Reporting, Authentication, Remote Config or Notifications. Managing contacts and sending messages

This type of service makes it possible to manage our database of any information to communicate with the User.
These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC)

Firebase Cloud Messaging is a message sending service provided by Google LLC. Firebase Cloud Messaging allows Us to send messages and notifications to Users across platforms such as Android, iOS, and the web. Messages can be sent to single devices, groups of devices, or specific topics or User segments.

• Firebase Notifications (Google LLC)

Firebase Notifications is a message sending service provided by Google LLC. Firebase Notifications can be integrated with Firebase Analytics to target analytics-based audiences and track opening and conversion events.

Registration and authentication

By registering or authenticating, Users allow this Application to identify them and give them access to dedicated services.

Push notifications

This Application may send push notifications to the User.

Device permissions for Personal Data access

Depending on the User’s specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User’s device Data as described below.

By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact Us for support at the contact details provided in the present document.
The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User’s device and software.

Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Application.

If User grants any of the permissions listed below, the respective Personal Data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by this Application.

• Microphone permission

Allows accessing and recording microphone audio from the User’s device.

Allows accessing and recording microphone audio from the User’s device. The recording feature is not used on this Application.

Managing personal information

You are able to access, add to, update and delete certain Personal Information about you. The information you can view, update, and delete may change as the Mobile Application or Services change. When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. Some information may remain in our private records after your deletion of such information from your account. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.

Use and processing of collected information

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to personalize your experience; improve our Mobile Application; improve customer service and respond to queries and emails of our customers; run and operate our Mobile Application and Services. Non-Personal Information collected is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding Mobile Application traffic and usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.

We may process Personal Information related to you if one of the following applies: (i) You have given their consent for one or more specific purposes. Note that under some legislations we may be allowed to process information until you object to such processing (by opting out), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases below. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through our Mobile Application or Service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through our Mobile Application or Service without their permission. We may display online advertisements and we may share aggregated and non-identifying information about our customers that we collect through the registration process or through online surveys and promotions with certain advertisers. We do not share personally identifiable information about individual customers with advertisers. In some instances, we may use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements to the intended audience.

We may disclose information about you to our affiliates for the purpose of being able to offer you related or additional products and services. Any information relating to you that we provide to our affiliates will be treated by those affiliates in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Links to other mobile applications

Our Mobile Application contains links to other mobile applications that are not owned or controlled by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other mobile applications or third-parties. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Mobile Application and to read the privacy statements of each and every mobile application that may collect Personal Information.

In the event we become aware that the security of the Mobile Application has been compromised or users Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated third-parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our App.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site/App and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
